Make sure the subwoofer associated with the sound bar is firmly connected to the outlet it's plugged into. If the unit is getting power, the issue is most likely associated with the Bluetooth connection. Un-pair and then re-pair the subwoofer with the sound bar to see if this resolves your issue. If other devices in your home except your LG TV are connecting to WiFi, try these three steps: Turn off the TV’s Quickstart feature. Turn off the TV, unplug it, and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds. Plug the TV back in and power it on. After you complete these steps, try re-connecting the TV to the WiFi network. What you need to do is turn off dual band settings or the 5ghz setting on your router. OR you can do what I did and just name your 5 ghz wifi a different name than your 2.4ghz. Then connect to the 2.4 ghz wifi. This will ensure that your tv is not trying to connect to 5ghz.
Power cycling the LG TV and router. Turn off the LG TV, unplug it from the power source, and restart the modem to fix the issue. Disconnect the router from its power supply as well. Wait for about 30 seconds before plugging both the network router and the devices back in to try and fix the issue.
